NO 5 inch HEELS!
- I do not apologize for not wanting to walk around as if on my tip toes. Who is designing that stuff and marketing to women????

ANY FORMS of COLOURFUL BOLD PRINTS !!!
- It just gross me out! For the life of me, I cannot understand why ppl keep making plus size clothes with big colourful, rainbow-ish prints. These color pattern work only on your grandma or aunties over 50. Bold prints can actually look cool on curvy ppl as long as the color pattern is sleek / contrasting, e.g. white on black, silver on black etc.

no leggins or sleeveless
- i am an apple shape with spindly legs and a hefty upper body so leggins or skinny jeans make me look even more top heavy, i prefer linnen pants that have a wide leg to give the illusion of balance as i have no hips or outer thigh curve. I also would never be seen dead in sleeveless i have big shoulder and beefy upper arms and not much of a neck so they really don't flatter . I have learned over the years my apple shape will never go away even if its slim so i have to dress acordingly as i am never going to wake up and suddenly be a nice curvy pear.

i don't wear these
- I'm an Indian Muslim teen and i don't wear sleeveless and strapless. I don't wear miniskirts or even shorts that reach just above your ankles. yes, but i wear modern and a bit occidental but decent looking dress. what advice can i have to look chic in dresses that don't look sexy?

animal prints
- Animal prints only look good on animals. Cheap imitations are not only ugly but offensive to beautiful animals. Besides, they look really tacky.

WHAT YOU WON'T WEAR
- I THINK MOST OF THE TOPS IN PLUS SIZE LOOK LIKE MATERNITY TOPS. DO NOT WEAR! HOW CAN I WEAR SKINNY JEANS WHEN MY LEGS ARE HEAVY. ALSO I DON'T WEAR TSHIRTS IF THEY AREN'T V NECK. I WILL NOT WEAR BIG BAGGY CLOTHES THAT MAKE EVERYONE BIGGER. PANTS SHOULD BE 1 INCH ABOVE HEEL OF SHOE. I CAN'T STAND THE CLOTHES THAT HAVE BEEN OUT FOR THE LAST 30 YEARS. WE NEED MORE PRESSURE ON REAL DESIGNER CLOTHES, NOT EVERYONE HAS TO WEAR BUDGET CRAPPY FABRIC CLOTHING.

no big stripes or plaids
- sweaters with big horizontal stripes (i'm not a Dr. Suess character!) and giant plaid or buffalo check tunic blouses are a no-no for me - too 1980s and horrendously unflattering. Ditto for tapered-leg pants. also, no yoga pants in public unless I am actually going to or from a dance class.

dolman sleeves
- Dolman sleeves are just about the worst fashion faux pas I can think of.

scared of short shorts!!!!
- dear everyone i won't wear shorts of any kind im 2 afraid of wat people might say about the fat on my legs. what should i do?? please help!
- —Guest sexxigirk 2 afaird 2 wear shorts
won't wear
- Those bubble dresses. They are not flattering on my 5'7 250lb frame. They make me look like a forgotten member of the fruit of the loom bunch (think of the commercial). The sleeves are usually cut away and expose the wrong view of my shoulders and arm and their is no fit or definition in the body of the dress and then the weird bubble hem which is supposed to flatter and expose my legs, doesn't do them any justice when you take in the entire view of the dress. I call them muffin tops for sure and i stay away from them - NO MATTER HOW CUTE THE PATTERN IS OR HOW IT LOOKS ON THE MANNEQUIN!!!

Faded Denim
- Please all Plus Size ladies STAY away from FADED DENIM.It is not attractive on us. It makes us look Very, Very Poor.It may be in style but that does not make us look fashionable at all.

MINI SKIRTS
- there's a little too much jiggle and lack of ITC (inner thigh clearance) between my thighs to even THINK about rockin' a mini skirt!
