Quality
Edges are finished off completely for an effect that works for both day and night. Sometimes when I am wearing a new cami, I get disappointed with the length. Many tops are slit in the front, and while that is great for the bedroom, they don't lend themselves to pairing with anything besides matching panties. Plus Size Plum's top is complete enough to wear under camisoles and blazers without any qualms.
Plus Size Plum's top, currently available in Midnight Plum, also comes with a matching thong. This half is more for the seduction side than daily wear, because it features a poly crotch instead of a cotton-lined one, and a shapely keyhole back. Comfortable elastic side straps don't dig in, and are substantial enough to hold up to movements of more generously-sized women.
Design
Large rosettes are the major feature on this top, and they are extremely stylish ones at that. While I had a minor concern about how the rosettes were affixed, it's such a small thing that it's barely noticable. The flowers are attached to the top with hand tacks, and while that's a great personal touch, I had wished that the flowers were tacked through the petals instead of through the back.
The straps are wide enough to allow you to wear a bra, but subtly so. The shelf bra also adds support while you are sleeping or relaxing, but it's not so intensely supportive that you do feel comfortable.
Fit
The fit is true-to-size and is generous in the bust region. Even if you have a round bust, you won't have any problems with riding up empire lines (very important) or poly fabric that “clings” to the skin with static. You'll also get a generous ribcage measurement that won't cut into wider backs. I have a larger ribcage size, and I found that it was slightly big for me, but was still supportive nonetheless.
