What I Thought About Bali for the Curvier Woman

As you might know, I worked on the Bali Fabulous-U Challenge with five other bloggers, talking about my wardrobe and lifestyle. I focused on how Bali's selections--leggings, torsets, bras, panties, tights, and full slips--fit into a plus woman's wardrobe. If you missed all the updates, you're in the right place!

The Reviews

I published four reviews on Bali products on my site: the Minimizer Bra, the Firm Control Leggings, the Comfort U-Back, and the Comfort Shape Panties. Out of the four, the U-Back Bra received the highest mark (5 stars), while the Comfort Shape Panties received the lowest star rating at a 3.5.

Review #1: Bali Minimizer Bra (Style 3642)

Quotable: "I thought that it provided a ton of support, and a soft amount of control that keeps the "bounce factor" down. Considering the reviews I read on several websites, I was looking forward to trying this one out. I wasn't disappointed."

Review #2: Bali Firm Control Leggings (Style B205)

Quotable: "It's not unusual to feel intimidated by leggings or tights with a control panel or an all-over control look. When you pull them out of the package, they look absolutely tiny, and that can be scary. I was pleased to see that Bali's "Invisibles" Firm Control Leggings didn't look like kid's clothes when I first took them out."

Review #3: Bali Comfort Shape Panties (Style 8421)

Quotable: "I'm going to toss out some serious TMI for the sake of this review: I don't wear full-coverage briefs, ever. I find them somewhat uncomfortable, and I hate panty lines. If I had reviewed a thong style of these panties, I believe the score would have been a '5' or '4.5.'"

Review #4: Bali Comfort U-Back Bra (Style 3232)

Quotable: "I recently had the opportunity to review a new line of bras by Bali, and I wanted to tell you about the fit--especially since one of them arrived without underwire! As a woman with a 38/40 DD-E cup, I haven't worn a bra sans underwire since junior high."
