What I Want, Need: Vogue Archives Subscription

I love paging through Vogue, but buying the vintage paper copies are so expensive! Instead, I am hoping for a Vogue Archive subscription. I've heard that they are available at some libraries, which I will definitely be checking out in Miami... the subscription for an individual purchaser is over $3,000! That's way too pricey for little ol' me, although I can dream.
