As you know, I buy a lot of stuff online -- and I do mean a lot of stuff! Lately I've been having worse luck than usual, like missing packages, vendor skirmishes over refunds for damaged goods, and tiffs about coupon codes. Maybe it's because I am purchasing more than ever -- and maybe it's the fact that there are more Etsy sellers out there, which increases the chance of running into a questionable one. Either way, I've had to put in TWO claims to PayPal in the past week!
