Are you going on a last August vacation, or are you planning a winter getaway to the islands? I wanted to remind you that it's now time to purchase a new suit if you want to save. If you don't get shopping soon, it'll be too late, and you'll have to buy full-priced again.
I was recently in contact with Patti Swift, a "Curvy Counselor" from New York and a swimwear rep, and she sent along some recommendation for us in reference to her client, SwimsuitsforAll.com.
If fit problems are making you insane, Swift had some recommendations. "I can give any woman an instant tummy tuck with ruching--that extra piece of elastic with gathers of fabric--which really covers up a lot of figure flaws while being extremely slenderizing," she said. "Extra lycra and spandex in a suit always helps flatter the body. Look for halter ties and v-necks for a sleeker appearance."
