When I first saw this top, I was enamored-- and scared. It's a hard top to pull off, I'd say, because of that possible bulk-creating tiered layer of ruffles. But what if you're apple-shaped and looking for a top to flatter and conceal, this one is for you. It fits around the bust, complete with a high bust seam, and then flares out for a great silhouette. Sleeveless jersey in a fun bright multi.
