I'm all about holiday shopping. I get stuff for my nieces and nephews, my gorgeous plus-size mom, and just about every neighbor, co-worker, and cousin-in-law I can think of. Another person on my list I make sure to shop for is myself: when you always put yourself last, the holidays are a perfect time to make things right.

I always indulge in a little bit of list-making and planning around this time to make sure I get a few things I need. I'd love to kick things off with eShakti, and then move on to some Victoria's Secret body-lotion goodies!

I recently had a horrible fashion oopsie moment that would shock any girl. I was at a special event, where I was called up to the front of the party after winning a raffle drawing. I was thrilled (I never win anything!), but then when I went up to smile for the cameras, I froze: I was wearing a silky, lightweight top that would be rendered entirely see-through in the pro flashbulbs. Oh, the agony! The photogs are going to have fun editing that photoshoot, but at least I was wearing a really good bra.

Some bras should never be made, designed, or approved, and I feel like I've run into a lot lately. While it's tough to bridge the gap between mid-size bands and the extended ones, the Elomi Jasmine Underwire kicks off at DD and goes to GG (UK), which is a J here in the States. (I think that pretty much covers us, then!) It reminds me of some bras I've picked up in fancy French lace, and the coral one is marked down to $36.99 on clearance. It doesn't look like armor, it has a great underwire system, and the cups are full-coverage, even. That's a win-win-win in my book.

I'm going to be gifting myself for the holidays as well, via my very specific list given to the hubs. Lingerie will most certainly be on there!

I love checking out "What I Wore" blogs-- even more than I like street style stuff! One of the blogs I am loving right now is Gilding the Frilly, which is a fun blog that follows one twenty-something gal's different outfits for the NYC working world and the weekend. She recently did a great look with a little Glee and Mad Men inspiration, and she also rocked a cute traveling ensemble as well. What's your fave wardrobe-y blog of the moment?
